About Artist

Melanie grew up in the outback NSW town of Broken Hill then ventured to Florence, where she lived for 25 years, working as a fabric designer and developing her passion for the still life genre. Now based in Sydney, Melanie paints full-time and takes inspiration from seasonal flowers and everyday items gathered on her travels.
